Vaar and Muhurat for Compromise or Agreement
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are auspicious days for compromise or agreement, however these Vaar or Tithis should not be a Rikta Tithi day.
Tithi and Muhurat for Compromise or Agreement
After the
consideration of Nakshatra and Vaar, one must also make an assessment of
Tithis. According to Astrologers, the eighth and eleventh are the
auspicious Tithis for compromise or agreement.
Rikta Tithis like
the fourth, ninth, fourteenth, fifteenth and thirtieth should be
discarded as a general guideline. One must remember that the Tithis so
selected are of the Hindu calendar or Lunar Tithis. They should not be
confused with English calendar.
Ascendant and Muhurat for Compromise or Agreement
Next one must
consider the position of the Ascendant. Following all the aforesaid
parameters the Ascendant should also be auspicious to conclude a
compromise or agreement.
Libra is symbolised

third, sixth and eleventh houses. There should not be any planet in the
eighth house, especially a malefic.

the above the Moon transit should also be looked into. If the Moon is in
transit in the fourth, eighth or twelfth house from the birth-sign of
the person in whose names the agreement is being made and Nakshatra is
in the third, fifth or seventh house. Malefic planets located in these
houses or if planets are combust in this case the scheduled compromise
or agreement should be postponed. Bhadra Tithi should be avoided.
Yoga and Karana
should also be given due consideration. While deciding the Muhurat Rahu
Kaal, Yamgand Kaal, Durmuhurat and Gulika should also be avoided.
